Saxophonist Adolph “Billy” Duncan is one of the famous members of the Beale Streeters, who were a Memphis-based R&B coalition of musicians, which at times included John Alexander, Bobby Bland, Junior Parker, B.B. King, Earl Forest, Willie Nix, and Rosco Gordon. They also backed B.B King during his broadcasts at WDIA 1070 Memphis, one of the pioneer radio stations with R&B programming which is now part of the iHeart Radio group. Duncan also backed Howlin’ Wolf and Johnny Ace. No personal details for this artist are available.
